Eladio Balite grew up in Samar, where he received his early education. His dedication to learning and public service became evident early on, setting the stage for his future contributions to his community and country.

Political Career
</h4>
<p>
Following his representation of the first district of (the undivided) Samar from November 8, 1955 to December 30, 1965, Congressman Eladio Balite transitioned to representing the lone congressional district of the newly-created province of Northern Samar. He held this position until his death on August 24, 1967.
</p>
<p>
His tenure in office was marked by his commitment to improving the lives of his constituents. He worked tirelessly to address the needs of the people and to promote development in his province. 
</p>
