Early Life and Education
</h4>
<p>
Biazon began his primary education in 1946, starting later than usual at the age of eleven. Despite the challenges, Biazon pursued his education with determination. He graduated salutatorian from Jose Rizal Elementary School and later from Jose Abad Santos High School. He then attended FEATI University, where he studied mechanical engineering. His patriotism led him to join the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) in 1957, where he graduated and met his future wife, Monserrat Narag Bunoan.

Military and Political Career
</h4>
<p>
Pong, as he was pondly called, had a distinguished military career, serving in various high-ranking positions. He was the Superintendent of the PMA, Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps, Vice Chief of Staff, and ultimately Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). His leadership and dedication earned him numerous awards and recognition during his service.
