Lebbeus Wilfley: American Legal Pioneer in the Philippines and Judge of the U.S. Court for China

Lebbeus Redman Wilfley played a pivotal role in establishing American legal institutions in the Philippines during the crucial transition from Spanish colonial rule to American administration.
