Fernando Primo de Rivera y Sobremonte, 1st Marquess of Estella (July 24, 1831 - May 23, 1921) is one of the most significant Spanish colonial administrators of the late 19th century, whose career was deeply intertwined with Spain's imperial ambitions in the Philippines.
