November 13, 1846: Arcadio del Rosario y Narciso was born in Pandacan

On November 13, 1846, Arcadio del Rosario y Narciso, an eloquent advocate of the separation of church and state, one of the framers of the Malolos Constitution, and supporter of American annexation of the Philippines, was born in Pandacan. Arcadio, son of Bonifacio del Rosario and Severina Narciso, studied at the Colegio Real de San Jose and the University of Santo Tomas where he obtained his law degree.
