Mayor Kwan who kept her cool stance during the entire time of waiting for her cue to field her question was in high spirits after the episode.


Hernani town Mayor Boco although he was not as jubilant as Kwan took the DepEd answer to his need of more teachers and classrooms with a smile.
“I am going to follow it up, I will personally see the Secretary and maybe he will remember me as one he saw on TV,” Boco jested.
