Out of the 4,732 examinees who took the Professional Level, 468 successfully passed the exam while 33 out of 453 passed in the Subprofessional Level.

For the Sub-Professional level, the top passers are Ma. Isabel L. Gonzales (Catarman, Northern Samar); Neil Anthony A. Sermense (Calbayog City); Grace V. Briones (Catarman, Northern Samar); Ivy M. Lozano (Pambujan, Northern Samar); Kisha Mae P. Geriane (Catubig, Northern Samar); Jermaine L. Alfon (Dolores, Eastern Samar); Jeremy Yvain M. Catingub (Merida, Leyte); Eric John M. Viñas (Carigara, Leyte); Jose Marie J. Damayo and Ednielyn R. Jomao-as (Calubi-an, Leyte).

All passers will be conferred the Career Service Eligibility who may be appointed to positions in the government not covered by Bar, Board or other special laws provided the meet the other requirements such as education, experience and training required of the position.



The Certificates of Eligibility of the new eligibles in Region 8 will be awarded in a Conferment Rite, preceded by Verification and Identification Process, and Orientation on Government Personnel Recruitment and Selection.
For those who took the exam in Tacloban City, schedule will be on August 15, 2011 at 8 o’clock in the morning at the Leyte Normal University Student Center, Tacloban City while for those who took the exam in Northern Samar, the schedule will be on August 22, 2011 at 7:30 in the morning at Ibabao Hall, Provincial Capitol in Catarman.
The new eligibles are required to bring one (1) recent passport size ID picture with name tag; valid identification card; examination application receipt; and must wear appropriate attire for the Conferment Rite. (PIA-8 with CSC-8)
