Silvino Lubos: 'Summer Capital of Northern Samar'

The municipality of Silvino Lubos is dubbed as “The Summer Capital of Northern Samar” or “The Little Baguio” because of its hilly terrain, cold climate and verdant mountains. The municipality is located in the tri boundary of Samar, Northern Samar and Eastern Samar.

According to Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Engr. Romeo M. Cardenas, the town’s cool climate could be potential for growing high altitude vegetable crops such as cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower and cool climate thriving crops.
