This is a collection of totally free SSH clients for Windows. SSH is a terminal emulator that would allow you to connect to remote host securely.

Poderosa features a tabbed style GUI and can open multiple connections at the same time. You can split the window into panes and allocate each connection. At least version 2.0 of .net framework is required.

Git for Windows

Some Linux packages ported to Windows come with ssh.exe. One of them is Git for Windows. The ssh.exe and other programs are located in the bin directory of your installation. If the command line cannot find ssh, you may need to edit your path environment variable to include the path to your Git bin directory or even use the included Git Bash shell instead of Windows DOS/Power Shell.
