US, Philippines Agree on Five Locations Covered by EDCA Defense Pact

According to the US State Department via a news report of the Voice of America, on May 18, 2016, the United States and the Philippines have agreed on 5 locations that American military forces can have access to under a 10-year security deal that comes amid rising tensions with China over territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
