Enough already, there has never been such a "chilling effect" on the press in our country
From the likes of Senator Franklin Drilon to an obscure never-heard reporter of ABS-CBN network talking to BBC to the bogus organization of "journalists," the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, we've been hearing this claim that the Congress' decision not to give that oligarch-owned network the privilege to use the nation's radio frequency spectrum would have a "chilling effect" on press freedom.
